Resourced is an intentional time for you to connect with your energy and your spirit.

In this space, my role - more or less - is to be your Spiritual Doula. How and where can I hold you as you cycle through evolutions of disconnection/ reconnection/ connection with your most Sacred form?

Sharing from 20+ years of spiritual studentship, I will create a space for you to explore your spiritual and energetic fields and then offer you tools and practices to help you expand into them: 

Guided Rest and Meditation, Reflective Journal, Prayer Practices, Energy Healing, Spiritual Herbalism, Oracle Readings

Resourced is a space for you to find your own wellspring. Each session is unique - we will follow your lead, because on a deep level, you know exactly what you need.
